2.Sangha hem (grill) ½kg

-Chi-2tsp, thinghmarcha phut-1tsp,corriander(nanan ) seed phut-1tsp, dirunhmui(lemon grass) phut-1tsp, oyster sauce-2tbsp, hoisin sauce-2tbsp & chicken    powder/hmehhanna-1tsp te i chawhpawlh ang a, sangha hi he mi chhungah hneh deuhin  tal tur a ni( a theih chuan darkar-3/4 vel pawh marinate i la a tha).

-Pudina, bakhawr,runhmui,sawhthing,purun var/sen,hmarcha , coriander hnah & chi i dengsawm ang a, sangha khawchhungah i thun anga i hem hmin ang.(Oven-ah 180° C 12-minutes hnuah i let ang a 10-minutes i grill leh ang)

Black bean sauce:Bawkbawnthur-1 chhuma apil kheha chan sawm, bawnghnute 200ml, coconut powder-3tbsp, lemon or lime fruit-1 tui sawr, black bean paste-4tbsp, chi tlem te chu i chhuang so ang a sangha hem hmin chungah leih tur a ni.

3.Sangha bawkbawnthur nen chhuanhmin (½kg)(Fish stew with tomato sauce)

    I chhiar peihlo pawn in nu chhiar tir la, a nin a thiam chuan a tawk viau ang chu. 🙂 Ka room a zim lutuka dawhkan lian dah a rem lo. Sangha hi thianpa Ch-a awh a nia keiin a siam lam ka tum ve thunga, thleng pa-1 hi thianpa Ch-a thleng a ni e. Hming hnunga “i” tih awm nen chaw ei tlang ve thin tawh se min ti deuh em ni? 😀 U Kawtea, U Awktea te pawh an la tlangval a ni lawm ni? 😀

      Thiannu va lawmawm ve. Nia Kimchi ka la zir hman rih lo deuh a ni, tunlai tak hi Korean thiante nen kanin hnimhnai lo bawk nen, han zawh mai tur ka la hre lo a ni. I tan zir ngei chu ka tum ngei ang. 😀

      Sanga chek te chu a ril,a ek, akawchung zawng zawng kha purun var & chi nen kang i la tui lutuk a lawm. Sangha antui hang kha a kha deuh fek i duh leh a ek kha peih lo la, a chek ahang a ni n ghal mai.
